S1.E4 | Liturgy: ”The Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi”
Welcome to episode four of Liturgical Shenanigans! We (your hosts) have been taking turns sharing liturgies that are of particular meaning to us as a way to introduce ourselves to you. We hope that this is a helpful way to get to know each of us and the way we approach liturgy, theology, and all of life. It is our longing to be building as a podcast and as Wayfolk Arts an accepting community of faithful artists and sojourners providing a harbor of rest, recovery, and re-centering along life’s many paths and journeys. So, welcome. We are so glad you are joining us on this journey.
This week marks our final week of official introductions- though we hope you will continue to get to know us as we keep releasing biweekly episodes. For his introduction, Phil Quinn brings us "The Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi" and discusses the ways it has been formative for him. This particular liturgy is of public domain. To access the exact version we choose to engage in our episode today and read along with us you can do so at this website: Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi
